Squamish born and raised, I developed an early appreciation for the 'Squamish outdoor lifestyle.’ Growing up in the sea to sky corridor allowed me to compete as a mountain biker, soccer player and paddle boarder. As well as a recreational weight lifter and snowboarder.

Through these experiences, I developed a deeply connected interest and awareness of body mechanics. These experiences are what inspired me to become an RMT and in 2012, I graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.

As an RMT, I seek to facilitate improvements in an individual’s health by directly addressing and maintaining a patient’s range of motion and quality of life. My passion for massage therapy has to led me to utilize unique therapeutic approaches that incorporate the biopsychosocial model in my treatments.

Understanding the importance of addressing not only the body, but also the mind, by treating each person with a deep level of respect and compassion is an important approach during my treatments. I achieve this through guided practitioner/patient lead breath work and the use of weighted bags to promote a deeper sense of mind-body connection and relaxation.

My therapeutic skill set includes myofascial release, deep tissue work, pre/post sports massage, orthopaedic massage and prenatal massage. I have also continued to developed my knowledge base by pursuing studies in the treatment of post-surgical adhesions, k-taping applications, and an indepth look at prenatal massage. As well, I have attended intensive lectures regarding anatomy and mental health.

I am always keen to take on the challenge of a complex case and I am enthusiastic to educate patients on their health and well-being.

I look forward to working with you.

Patient Testimonials

  • Jenn is fantastic! The first time I ever met her she listened to exactly what I was looking for. A break from working on my injury and an opportunity to relax. She gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. Falling asleep on the table is the definition of a relaxing massage. What made the experience so great was, even though it was so relaxing, Jenn still paid attention to areas that needed further support and release. Jenn is personable, funny and amazing at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone!
  • Jenn was the first RMT I ever received a treatment from and while I was nervous, she made the experience comfortable and relaxing. As someone training for ultra marathons, massage is a really important aspect of my recovery and I couldn't imagine anyone better to help me heal and strengthen my body than Jenn.
  • When I leave a massage from Jenn Foreman, I actually feel better. Jenn has a excellent understanding of the body, what pressure is needed where, and her tuned in intuition helps to guide her knowledge. I can’t wait to experience her new home clinic, it looks so peaceful.
